About the Role

This is an exciting Business Development focussed role, the successful applicant will have a proven track record in real estate Sales or BDM and be responsible for the growth of the rent roll.  You will be instrumental in and responsible for promoting the Property Management services to new clients and marketing the benefits of the company.  You will be responsible for leasing your newly acquired managements, maximising the annual rental return for the business and ensure that all new clients are integrated successfully into the Property Management department.

About the person

  • Real Estate experience is essential. This experience may be in Sales, Business Development, Leasing or Property Management

  • Must be able to demonstrate success and passion in achieving targets and getting deals done

  • Current Agents Representative Certificate, driving licence and reliable vehicle are essential

  • A sales driven mindset and the motivation to achieve KPIs. Have an ambitious personality, drive to succeed and strive be the best.

  • Strong attention to deal with excellent follow-up. Great networking skills and not scared of knockbacks

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • A planned approach and strong organisational skills including maintaining a database

Business Development Managers - Make the move into Buyers Advocacy!

This business is well respected, long standing and are experts in advocacy across Melbourne. 

We are looking to speak to experienced residential Business Development Managers who are keen to make the move into Advocacy, where they can utilise their vast knowledge and contacts and capitalise on this growing and busy market.

You will be give full training in the new areas and will work as part of a wider and successful team conducting both Buyer and Vendor advocacy.  

You must have a passion and experience in real estate and the drive to achieve great client outcomes. You will have at least 2 years (but preferably more) experience in residential Business Development or real estate sales/ buyer’s agency.
