About the role

You will work alongside an experienced Director and manage a local and clean portfolio. There is a full time Leasing and BDM and full Administration support also.  This department will continue to grow around this role; if you are looking to step into a Leadership/Team Leader and even Department Head role in the future then this is the role for you! 

Working with the Director you will responsible to esnure the rent roll is serviced correctly and as the department grows (which it is quickly due to their excellent reputation) then the team will grow around you. Such a rare and exciting position.

  • Supportive Directors who will not stand for difficult landlords, the business is about quality not quantity

  • 9am-5.30pm Monday-Friday and maximum 1 in 5 Saturdays

 Skills and experience:

  • Agents Representative Certificate

  • Current Drivers Licence and own reliable vehicle

  • Proven portfolio management experience

  • You must have excellent attention to detail and be focused on providing high end customer service to your clients

Assistant Property Manager - Bayside

We are looking for a motivated individual who has a good understanding of the basics of property management as well as excellent organisational skills.  Full development and training will be provided by the Senior Property Manager however you are expected to already have experience, even if just in administration, of working in a rental department. 

The successful applicant will also possess good time management skills, the ability to problem solve a willingness and ability to learn and the desire to advance.
This is a full time position Monday to Fridays and Saturdays are also expected when required with a day in lieu received for every two worked.
