This exceptional real estate agency is owned by Directors who understand the importance of a happy and well run Rental team.  The property management department is fundamental to the business and absolutely matters just as much as the Sales team!! Due to yet another growth in portfolio we are now looking to add a new Property Manager to the team.  

The role & office culture:

  • Management of 140 properties

  • Cloud based software and Inspect Real Estate are used along with an App for Conditions and Routines

  • End – end property management however there is a full time Leasing Consultant to provide the team with support.

  • Supportive Directors who will not stand for difficult landlords, the business is about quality not quantity

  • 9am-5.30pm Monday-Friday and maximum 1 in 5 Saturdays

 Skills and experience:

  • Agents Representative Certificate

  • Current Drivers Licence and own reliable vehicle

  • Proven portfolio management experience

  • You must have excellent attention to detail and be focused on providing high end customer service to your clients

  • You must have a positive attitude and be a team player. This is a close-nit and very friendly team therefore there is no room for selfishness and negativity

  • A fun attitude and good sense of humour
