Our client is a boutique and high-end Real Estate Agency in the inner East suburbs with an impressive reputation. They are looking for a new Front of House individual who has a passion for customer service and Real Estate. You will be responsible for all Reception duties and also will assist the team with administration.
This role is perfect for someone looking to gain more experience and develop their career in Real Estate or equally someone who loves Reception and wants to join a modern, dynamic and professional business.
Your day to day role will include:
- Answering and diverting calls
- Administration support to the team
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Ensuring all correspondence goes to the correct person
- Making sure the front desk area is kept clean and tidy at all times
- Stationary Orders
- Directing Messages
This position will require someone who has great communication skills and the ability to provide excellent client service daily. You will be immaculately presented, with previous experience in a reception/admin role and ideally will have some experience working in Real Estate. It is not necessary but holding a current Agents Representative Certificate would be looked upon favourably.
