Our client is a high-end Property Company in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne with an impressive reputation. They are looking for a new Front of House individual who has a passion for Real Estate, Property and Development. You will be responsible for all Reception duties and also will assist the business with administration.
This role is perfect for someone looking for a corporate reception role and to develop their administration career.
Your day to day role will include:
- Answering and diverting calls
- Administration support to the office
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Ensuring all correspondence goes to the correct person
- Making sure the front desk area is kept clean and tidy at all times
- Stationary Orders
- Directing Messages
Experience within a corporate environment is essential to hit the ground running. This position will require someone who has great communication skills and the ability to provide excellent client service daily. You will be immaculately presented, with previous experience in a Reception/Admin role and ideally will have some experience working in Property Development or Real Estate. If you thrive on working in fast paced environments utilising your strong administrative, organisational and interpersonal skills then is a position to not miss out on!
