Office Administrator

Located in Melbourne's inner east this is one of the most exciting real estate agencies in the area. They are a dynamic & highly professional team that strives to further enhance its market leadership and reputation for its high levels of professionalism, integrity and honesty. 

Supporting a team of Property Management and Sales professionals, you will be required to demonstrate initiative and work as an enthusiastic team member in accordance with the agency's office procedures and policies.

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Assisting the property management department with administration (there is also Leasing consultants, Assistant PMs and Reception assistance therefore this will not all be on you).
  • Sales administration 
  • Assisting with placement of advertising and co-ordination of marketing campaigns
  • Provide administration support to the company directors

  • Be able to work effectively within a variety of situations
  • Must have experience as an Administrator within a Real Estate Agency and in particular Sales Secretarial
  • Must have previous experience with Box + Dice
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
