Assistant Property Manager - Inner Suburbs

One of the most innovative real estate agencies in Melbourne is looking to add an Assistant Property Manager to its successful and award winning rental department.  This business is a leader in real estate: with cutting edge technology, high level customer service and out of the box thinking.  An amazing employer to learn from and develop a career with.  This position will suit an experienced real estate Receptionist who has basic understanding of rental department terminology and processes, along with the passion to start their Property Management career.

Full training will be provided. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • General administration for the rental team
  • Processing rental applications and conducting some OFI (there is a dedicated Leasing consultant also)
  • Lodging and dealing with maintenance matters
  • Assisting with routine inspections where needed
  • Assisting with condition reports where needed

 Skills and experience required:

  • Agents Representative certificate
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
  • A positive and can-do attitude
  • A fast and eager to learn person who is committed to a long term career in Property Management
  • A keen eye for detail and excellent time management skills
